Foundation Polytechnic Post UTME Form 2025/2026

The admission portal for the National Diploma (ND) programs offered by Foundation Polytechnic is now open! Candidates who are interested in applying for admission are encouraged to visit the portal, pay the ₦2,000 application fee, fill out the admission form, and submit their application.

Please note that the Foundation Polytechnic Post-UTME form is only available to qualified candidates. So, before you proceed to apply, ensure that you meet the eligibility criteria. You will find the full details on the admission requirements later in this post.

Eligibility Requirements for Foundation Polytechnic ND Admission 2025/2026

To be considered for admission into any of the National Diploma (ND) programs at Foundation Polytechnic, Ikot Ekpene, all applicants must meet the following criteria:-

1. Candidates must have a minimum of five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects, including English Language and Mathematics, obtained in not more than two sittings. Acceptable examination bodies include WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB.
2. A minimum score of 130 in the 2025 UTME (JAMB) is required, regardless of the institution initially selected during JAMB registration.
3. Applicants must be at least 16 years old by October 1st.
4. Candidates must have selected Foundation Polytechnic as their first-choice institution during JAMB registration. If you did not choose the Polytechnic initially, you are advised to apply for a Change of Institution through the JAMB portal before proceeding with the application.

How to Apply for Foundation Polytechnic Post UTME Form 2025/2026

Qualified candidates can apply for the Foundation Polytechnic admission form by following the instructions below:-

• Go to https://foundationpoly.edu.ng, click on the ADMISSION tab, and select Admission Form.
• Enter your email address and phone number, then make a payment of ₦2,000 (excluding bank charges) using an ATM card activated for online transactions.
• After payment, your App ID, PIN, and Serial Number will be displayed on the screen. Keep these safe; they are needed to continue your application.
• Use the App ID to access the application form, fill it out correctly, and print your completed form after submission.
• After 24 hours, return to the portal and check if your admission has been approved. If it has, click on ‘Print Admission Letter’ to download and print it.

Note:

• Your Application ID, PIN, and Serial Number will be sent to the email and phone number you provided during registration. So, make sure they are valid and accessible.
• Have a clear scanned passport photo ready in JPG or PNG format. The file size must not exceed 20 KB.
• Fill in only accurate and truthful information. Any false detail may lead to disqualification from admission.

Required Documents for Post-UTME Screening

After submitting your application, you will need to visit the Registrar’s Office at Foundation Polytechnic for screening. Make sure you go on a working day (Monday–Friday) and come along with the following:-

• Proof of payment for the online admission form (this should be paid on the school’s portal).
• A copy of your completed admission form printed from the portal.
• Your Admission Letter (also printed from the portal).
• Proof of payment for your Acceptance Fee (also paid online).
• Two recent passport photographs.
• One file jacket.
• Original and photocopies of:-

• JAMB result slip
• O’Level results (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB)
• Birth Certificate
• Certificate of Origin
