- Candidates with a Pass grade must have completed 18 months of IT.
- ND JAMB Admission Letter: This is the admission letter you received during your ND admission.
- JAMB Part-Time Application Form: This applies only to candidates admitted into evening or part-time HND programmes.
- Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti HND Admission Letter: This should be printed from the school portal after admission confirmation.
- Two Guarantor’s Letters: These must come from reputable individuals such as a clergyman or a public officer not below Grade Level 12.
- Certificate of Local Government Origin
- Academic Transcript (For candidates from other institutions): If your ND was done outside Federal Polytechnic Ado-Ekiti, your transcript must be sent directly to the institution.
